Gavin’s unique edge is his passion for learning. By gleaning extensive knowledge from the world leaders in his field he continually develops the skills and experience he can bring to his clients so helping the business owners and entrepreneurs who work with him to achieve greater success, both in the UK and internationally.
Gavin’s strategies and work captivates, inspires and mobilises individuals, teams and business to significantly grow revenues and profits. His wealth of experience in strategy, marketing, behavioural change, organisational change, problem solving, influence & persuasion coupled with a strong business background both as a KPMG Chartered Accountant and work in leadership development, consultancy, coaching and finance for BAE Systems plc enable him to use leading edge strategies to take you to the next level.
His vast portfolio of experience includes working with the United Nations, HSBC, ICI, KP Snacks and Carphone Warehouse as well as having delivered programmes to over 5000 small business owners.
To relax from his intense work schedule, Gavin enjoys nothing more than teaching his young son to sail or enjoying time with his family in the great outdoors of the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia.

As a creative person (Una is also a professional actor) she specialises in helping creatively-minded entrepreneurs to be more focused, build better habits and identify and implement the best business growth and leadership strategies for their particular blend of strengths and personality.
Una loves helping leaders to put the right structures in place to be able to step back from day-to-day work, so they have more fun and time freedom and can focus on new projects.
And of course this requires high performing, trusted teams aligned with the company’s vision and strategies.
Una leads team workshops after which participants are able to:

Caroline has enjoyed a wide and varied career which has given her a great deal of experience on which to draw when creating and implementing marketing strategies.
Having spent ten years in London working up to Group Account Director level for various integrated marketing agencies, she gained a huge amount of experience across the full marketing spectrum creating strategies and leading a team to deliver campaigns. She was fortunate to have worked with a diverse client base including BSkyB, Allied Dunbar, Avis, Heinz, Coca Cola and Schweppes Beverages and Tesco.
The opportunity then arose for Caroline to take a break from the smoke and run charter yachts in the Caribbean. Whilst her husband has salt water running through her veins, Caroline doesn’t but she couldn’t have enjoyed the challenge or experience more – learning to sail; becoming a high-end charter yacht chef and meeting some amazing people.
Upon returning to the UK, Caroline set up an online yacht charter business; owned, managed and sold a yacht brokerage; and re-established links with former clients and grew her marketing consultancy business. She has a great deal of experience within the digital and email marketing arena and is delighted to be working with Gavin and his team.
Life outside of work for Caroline is spent with her family and friends indulging in all sorts of outdoor activities…. the more fresh air the better!
